Safety covered: lifeguards, marshals, first aid

WHAT TO BRING
- Comfortable swimwear + running gear suitable for hill terrain.
- Running shoes with good grip (trail recommended).
- Respectful clothing for the run through the South Lombok villages — avoid overly revealing outfits.
- Sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses.

- Meeting Point: Selong Belanak Beach
- Parking: Available at the beach start point
- Shuttles:
- Once participants finish the swim and start the run, shuttles will begin heading up to Selong Selo Resort – for spectators, families, and Duo-category swimmers
- After the Charity Party, return shuttles will bring participants and guests back down to Selong Belanak Beach
